‘Vampire’ Cast Revealed: Yoo Ah-in, Lee Jun-hyuk & More

Vampire is an upcoming Korean occult mystery film starring Yoo Ah-in, Lee Jun-hyuk, Lee Sung-min, Choi Hyun-wook, Yoon Kyung-ho and Kim Doi.

Yoo Ah-in is officially set to make his acting comeback with "Vampire",a new mystery occult film directed by Jang Jae-hyun, the director behind the hit supernatural thriller "Exhuma".
 The film has confirmed it's cast that includes Lee Jun-hyuk,Lee Sung-min, Choi Hyun-wook,Yoon Kyung-ho and rookie Kim Doi,with theatrical release in year 2028.
The story is about an unknown hitman who, at the request of a clergyman, sets out to investigate a mysterious pagan group. As he encounters bizarre and unexplained entities, begins to experience a dramatic transformation.
Yoo Ah-in will play the role of a unknown hitman at the center of the story. His character is described as bold and unfazed, but his worldview begins to change as he encounter with supernatural forces.
 Lee Sung-min will play the role of a clergyman, a man who willing to against the religious values in pursuit of his beliefs and the mystery surrounding eternal life.
Lee Jun-hyuk will take on the role of a mysterious pagan who is desperately seeking for a eternal life,bringing an intense and enigmatic presence to his character.
Choi Hyun-wook will make his big-screen debut as a U.S. Army lieutenant with a hidden motive,his character is expected to add another layer of mystery to the story.
Rookie Kim Doi has also joined the cast as an enigmatic girl after reportedly standing out through a competitive audition process. 
Yoon Kyung-ho plays a smuggling broker who accompanies the pagan group, adding his trademark grounded energy to the supernatural narrative.

The project marks Yoo Ah-in, acting combeback after being sentenced to one year in prison and suspended for two years, by the Supreme Court of South Korea,following his drug-related legal case.
His involvement in Vampire has therefore drawn considerable attention from Korean netizens, with many closely watching his return to the screen.
Directed by Jang Jae-hyun, known for such occult films that includes: The Priests, Svaha: The Sixth Finger and Exhuma.
 Vampire is shaping up to be another ambitious addition to his supernatural filmography that will capture audience interest like his previous works did. The cast has completed its script reading, with filming scheduled to begin in August 2026.
Vampire is currently scheduled for a theatrical release in 2028.
